Army chief visits Rangamati camps, exchanges Eid greetings with troops

Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman visited army camps in Rangamati of the Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.

During the visit, the army chief exchanged Eid greetings with on-duty personnel stationed in remote mountainous areas.

He appreciated their professionalism, integrity and tireless efforts in maintaining peace and order across the country and instructed them to continue discharging their duties with the same dedication in the future.

Adjutant General of Bangladesh Army, General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the 24th Infantry Division and Area Commander of Chattogram area, along with senior officials from Army Headquarters and other military personnel of different ranks, were present during the visit.
