Five Eid jamaats held at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque

A total of five Eid-ul-Fitr congregations were held at the Baitul Mukarram National Mosque in the capital today.

The jamaats took place at 7:00am, 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am and 10:45am to accommodate a large number of worshippers.

Maulana Mizanur Rahman, Senior Pesh Imam of the mosque, led the first congregation. The second was led by Mufti Muhibbullahil Baqi Nadvi, Pesh Imam of the mosque.

Maulana Md Zakir Hossain, Deputy Director of the Islamic Foundation, conducted the third jamaat, while the fourth was led by Maulana Zobayer Ahmed Al Azhari, Religious Instructor at the Imam Training Academy.

The fifth and final congregation was led by Mufti Maulana Mohammad Abdullah of the Islamic Foundation.

After the prayers, worshippers exchanged Eid greetings with one another at the mosque premises, celebrating the occasion in a spirit of unity and joy.
