The government has decided to observe National Revolution and Solidarity Day every year with official recognition and due importance.
The decision was announced through a circular issued by the Cabinet Division, signed by Deputy Secretary (General Branch) Tania Afroz.
According to the circular, the day has been included in the list of Category-A national observances, meaning it will be observed at the highest level of the state.
The move follows an earlier circular issued on March 11, 2026, which incorporated the day into the existing list of Category-A observances.
The Cabinet Division has also directed all relevant ministries, divisions, and government agencies to take necessary steps to ensure proper implementation of the decision.
