Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs Minister Sa Ching Prue has said the government is committed to ensuring quality education across the hill region to support sustainable development.
Speaking at a reception for students who achieved GPA-5 in the 2026 SSC and Dakhil examinations in Bandarban, he said the government would continue working for the overall development of the education sector.
The minister praised scholarship initiatives by different organizations, saying such support encourages healthy competition and inspires students to achieve better academic results.
He urged students to focus on their studies and prepare themselves to contribute to the welfare of the country and its people.
The students were honored with crests, certificates and cash prizes at the event.
